LB Design Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established practice to find a technically strong candidate to join their collaborative and friendly Architecture & Design team near Winchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid UK project experience to join a supportive team working on high-end residential, rural and commercial projects.
- Delivering projects across all RIBA Stages
- Producing detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
- Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Supporting senior staff and contributing to wider office collaboration
- Minimum 3–5 years’ UK-based post-qualification experience
- Experience with high-end bespoke residential, rural and commercial projects
- Proven track record in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 2–6
- Strong technical knowledge and residential detailing experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Revit, planning authority portals, LandApp etc
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with partners, colleagues and clients
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Full-time hours - 8.30 to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
- Part-time applicants also welcome – 22.5 hours per week
- Flexible working - up to 2 days WFH per week after 4–6 month onboarding
