A recruitment agency is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a fast-moving manufacturing facility in Gateshead. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance of machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications

  • 18th Edition certification required.
  • Previous experience carrying out PLC fault finding.
  • Experience working on cranes would be beneficial.
  • Proven hands-on experience within a maintenance environment, especially with 3 phase and single-phase systems.
  • Forklift license would be beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and enjoy problem solving.
  • Able to work in a team and on own initiative.

Electrical Maintenance Technician

My client operates a fast-moving manufacturing facility in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. They are currently recruiting a Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team working 4 on 4 off, consisting of 2 days/2 nights.

The successful Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the machinery on site ensuring the site is always fully operational.

Requirements
