Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advice across private client, corporate tax, and real estate tax, ensuring practical and commercial solutions for clients.
• Manage a varied caseload, advising on tax planning, compliance, and risk management, with a focus on UK tax law.
• Assist clients in structuring their affairs efficiently and navigating complex transactions.
• Draft legal documents such as tax opinion letters, agreements, and contracts.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and real estate specialists to deliver integrated tax advice.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and advise clients accordingly.
• Mentor junior lawyers and trainees, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with significant UK experience.
• Expertise in private client, corporate, and real estate tax preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax law, including compliance and planning strategies.
• Ability to provide clear, concise advice in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and in real estate matters.
