Job summary
A London Law Firm is seeking a Legal PA to support the Tax & Private Department. The successful candidate will have experience managing diaries and client interactions, as well as preparing monthly billing. This role requires at least 2 years of legal PA experience in Private Clients/Family Law, and offers opportunities for client contact and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of legal PA experience in Private Clients/Family Law is required.
- Experience with diary management and client database management is essential.
- Must be capable of preparing monthly billing and arranging overseas travel.
Responsibilities
- Support the Tax & Private Department by managing diaries and client interactions.
- Prepare and process monthly billing for the department.
- Manage the new client onboarding process.
Skills
A Full service London Law Firm is looking for a Legal PA to support the Tax & Private Department. This is an exciting PA role, with client contact, supporting 5 people including 2 Junior Equity Partners.
They’re looking for a Legal PA to organise their diaries, so experience with diary management is essential as you will be arranging meetings and travel, including overseas trips. Furthermore you will be preparing and process monthly billing, manage the new client take on process, manage their client database so experience within legal is important for this role.
2 years legal PA experience in Private Clients/Family Law Needed
