Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their UK & Ireland finance team. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you'll take ownership of corporation tax compliance, VAT, reporting, and advisory responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence tax strategy and support key business decisions at a senior level.
Manage UK & Ireland corporate tax compliance and reporting
Oversee preparation and submission of VAT returns and quarterly reconciliations
Liaise with external advisors and auditors during filings and reviews
Provide tax insight on business activity including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
Ensure compliance with key areas such as transfer pricing, CFC, and Pillar 2 rules
Prepare and review tax provisions for quarterly and annual reporting
Monitor tax legislation changes and evaluate business impact
Identify and mitigate tax risk across the organisation
Qualified in CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT (or equivalent)
Strong background in corporate tax, VAT, and tax advisory
Up-to-date knowledge of UK & Irish tax regulations
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience managing complex tax matters across functions
Confident in using tax software and Microsoft Office
