A leading leadership training organization is looking for a Skills Coach to guide adult learners through the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship. You will design personalized learning plans, facilitate both on-job and off-job learning, and support learners towards their assessments. Ideal candidates have strong leadership credentials and experience in coaching. This is a remote position requiring proximity to London for occasional meetings.
Full Time, Remote (UK - must live within a 1.5-hour commute of London)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an experienced apprenticeship assessor and trainer to join us as a Skills Coach, delivering our Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship and supporting the transition to our upcoming Level 6 Improvement Leader programme.
This role sits at the heart of our mission: empowering professionals to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact in complex and ever-changing business environments. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of strategic thinkers and improvement leaders.
As a Skills Coach, you’ll guide a diverse group of adult learners through the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, with a focus on personalised development and real-world application. You’ll draw on your leadership experience to integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning into their progression, while also contributing to the gradual rollout of our Level 6 Improvement Leader programme in response to upcoming funding changes.
This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must live within a max 1.5-hour commute of London for occasional operations meetings and in-person days.
