Housing Repairs Advisor

Contract Role | £20 per hour | London

We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Housing Repairs Advisor to join our clients contact centre on a contract basis. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs, logging requests accurately, and ensuring issues are routed to the right teams.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Handle inbound repair enquiries via phone and email
  • Diagnose and record repairs with accurate priority and trade allocation
  • Book appointments and liaise with operatives / contractors
  • Provide clear advice on repair processes and responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date records on internal systems
About You :
  • Strong customer service / contact centre experience
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Housing or repairs knowledge is essential
