A technology firm is seeking a proven Account Executive (AE) based in the UK or Netherlands. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships, particularly in HR technology. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a knack for sourcing and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners, driving outreach strategies, and supporting marketing for brand growth. This position requires travel between the UK and Netherlands, with a focus on the European market.
We're looking for a proven Account Executive (AE), based in either the UK or Netherlands, with experience managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships. We need someone who is a people person AND a technology person. We need a strategic mind with incredible attention to detail. We need someone to source and close qualified opportunities and grow accounts within the European market, including through our partnership channel. We're particularly interested in someone who has "been there and done that" with similar technology (HR tech) and personas (CHRO, VP HR, VP Talent Acquisition, etc).
