The Queen Elizabeth Academy are looking to appoint an individual to assist with the basic preparation of food which may include some cooking and assist with the setting up of servery counters for lunch and general cleaning of the kitchen and associated areas. The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.

• Basic preparation of food, including some cooking

• Good timekeeping and ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer care skills
• Operate IT equipment e.g. tills

• Positive Catering Assistant who can make a telling contribution to our team
• Strong SLT support, Catering Manager supervision

The Queen Elizabeth Academy is an 11-16 mixed academy based in Atherstone with approximately 715 pupils on roll.
