We are looking for a dedicated, personable, and highly organised HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in our Scottish properties.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will ensure our people practices reflect the high standards, professionalism, and service ethos of our brand. This role offers exposure to all areas of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, systems, training, and the opportunity to contribute to exciting new initiatives and projects. This role may require occasional travel to other hotels within our collection.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who thrives on building strong relationships, excels in employee relations, and is confident advising managers and team members.
