Contract Type: Full‑time Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with logistics leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent management and succession strategies
  • Lead employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies for warehouse and logistics roles
  • Champion health, safety, wellbeing and diversity initiatives
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions
  • Support change management and organisational development projects
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
  • Coach and develop line managers in effective people management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor role within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and influence at all levels
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced operational environment
