This is an opportunity to grow your career as a Maritime Systems Engineer working on cutting-edge defence systems for the Royal Navy and international allies.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Engineering Lead (and functional Line Manager), you'll collaborate closely with the Systems Design Authority within a multidisciplinary team. You'll work across Technology Readiness Levels, support ongoing product development, contribute to design reviews, and engage in customer meetings.

We're looking for someone with:

• A solid understanding of complex system design

• Experience across the full engineering lifecycle (design to qualification)

• Knowledge of systems design principles spanning electronics, mechanical, and software

• Strong trade-off analysis skills

• Confidence working across disciplines and engaging with stakeholders

Additional Info:

• Hybrid working with flexibility, typically 2-3 days onsite per week

• Occasional UK and international travel
