Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise IT systems and third-party devices.
• Enforce cybersecurity standards and carry out vulnerability management.
• Support and manage cloud environments and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide support across WiFi, firewalls, VPNs, and core networking services.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and provide expert support.
• Maintain configuration management, technical documentation, and operational processes.
