Sales Development Representative
£26k + Commission + Benefits (OTE £35k)

Hybrid (once a week in the office)
8.30am – 6pm (some flex) Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 12.30pm Friday
Are you motivated, curious, and ready to make a real impact? We’re expanding our dynamic sales team and looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel growth. As the driving force behind our initial sales efforts, you’ll dig deep into leads, nurture meaningful relationships, and create the momentum that opens door to major business opportunities.
We’re ideally looking for someone with a Financial Services background or experience with mortgages, who understands the landscape and can confidently engage with prospects in this space.
In this pivotal role, you’ll report to our SDR Team Leader and Head of Inside Sales, working side‑by‑side with a forward‑thinking, ambitious sales team that’s transforming the industry.
