A growing beauty brand in London is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and lead their global visual merchandising strategy. You will create captivating displays, mentor teams, and ensure brand storytelling across channels while managing budgets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty sector, and is skilled in design tools like Adobe Illustrator. In this role, you’ll go beyond creating displays, you’ll set the vision, define the strategy, and lead execution across markets. From crafting immersive layouts to developing global VM guidelines, you’ll ensure our brand story is consistently and beautifully brought to life in every retail space. Reporting into our Head of Store Design & VM, you'll balance creativity with commercial focus.
