Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for this one-of-a-kind event.

If you're confident behind a bar, love fast-paced environments, and thrive on the energy of live music events, we want to hear from you!

• Be part of the action at one of the UK’s best-loved summer festivals
• Choose your shifts with full flexibility using our easy-to-use app
• Work with friends – sign up together and make it a summer to remember
• On-site support from our experienced Operations Team
• Nationwide opportunities available before and after the festival season

• Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
