Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced waiters to support our front of house teams in Birmingham. We desire knowledgeable, confident candidates passionate about hospitality, eager to expand their skills and advance their careers.

As part of the Compass Group, Constellation Platinum provides front of house services to premium restaurants and suites in flagship venues. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your work frequency, from 10 to 40+ hours per week, tailored to your availability.

We are hiring fine dining waiters for Aston Villa Football Club. For the summer concerts, availability for at least 3 of the 4 concert dates is required, with shifts around 12 hours long. Concert dates: 23rd June, 26th June, 5th July, and 10th July. For the 2025/26 season, a commitment to 90% of the games is necessary. You can select additional shifts across our portfolio freely.

• Providing excellent customer service
• Building and maintaining guest relationships
• Working effectively within a team
• Upselling premium food and beverages
• Wine service and pairing with menu dishes

• Over 18 years old
• Availability for at least 3 concert dates and 90% of match days in the 25/26 season
• Minimum 12 months waiting experience
• Confidence in à la carte service steps
• Ability to take food and drink orders confidently
• Proficiency in tray carrying and loading
• Wine and champagne presentation, opening, and pouring skills
• Capable of remaining calm during busy periods
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest and colleague interaction
• Cocktail knowledge
• Understanding of fine dining terminology and menus
