Overview

We're looking for a confident, personable, and highly organised Club Host to join our team at The Other House. Based predominantly at The Club, you'll be the welcoming face for our residents, members, and guests‑ensuring a seamless, warm, and high‑standard experience from the moment they arrive.

This is a guest‑focused, front‑of‑house role that requires charm, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a luxury, fast‑paced environment the boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and host members, residents, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage guest flow, ensuring smooth check‑ins and minimal wait times.
• Build rapport with regulars and VIPs‑learning names, preferences, and habits.
• Assist with enquiries, reservations, and directing guests to the appropriate departments.
• Support the operations team on the floor, especially during events and peak times.
• Collaborate with Membership and Community teams on sensitive or discreet matters.
• Ensure the entrance and lobby areas are impeccably presented at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous front‑of‑house or guest‑facing hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
