- Review project documentation and verify against the Drawing Register.
- Perform take-offs and assess project complexity.
- Conduct Value Engineering analysis on tenders when necessary.

- Send enquiries to specialists and issue RFIs as required.
- Input data into Cypher estimating software.
- Prepare tender letters and summaries for submission.
- Lead pre-bid meetings with management.
- Participate in pre-, mid-, and post-tender meetings.
- Conduct Value Engineering analysis on tenders when necessary.
- Attend site visits during tender stages.
- Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to the Contracts Manager.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance.
- Occasionally assist with large project variations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating.
- Apprenticeship background (desirable, but not essential).
- Familiarity with Cypher estimating software (desirable, but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with high-end residential projects (desirable, but not essential).
- Salary: Competitive (£50,000 - £65,000 per annum).
- Bonus: Annual performance bonus.
- Holidays: 22 days, increasing by 1 day annually (up to 30 days), plus Bank Holidays.
