Looking for a flexible contract and the opportunity to relocate to the sunny Channel Islands for summer and beyond?

We’re recruiting an Advanced Social Worker in a Children in Care team for a supportive and well-resourced authority in the Channel Islands. You’ll work with children and young people in long-term care, focusing on care planning, permanence, reviews, and direct work, ensuring positive and stable outcomes through relationship-based practice.

This role offers manageable, capped caseloads and a non-pressurised working environment, allowing you to deliver high-quality social work without unnecessary stress. With Outside IR35 status, flexible working, and a competitive salary, this position supports a genuinely healthy work/life balance.
