- Mechanical qualification (ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics) or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire teams
- Strong problem‑solving, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Resilience under pressure and a proactive, safety‑focused mindset
