  • Liaising with Line Leads and Maintenance Engineer for proactive equipment care
  • Maintaining strict health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Experience
  • Mechanical qualification (ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics) or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire teams
  • Strong problem‑solving, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Resilience under pressure and a proactive, safety‑focused mindset
