A leading maintenance provider based in Skelmersdale is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler/Planner for a temporary position. The successful candidate will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, handle client communications, and manage maintenance data. Ideal applicants will be experienced in facilities management, familiar with CAFM systems and possess strong organisational skills. The role offers a salary between £12.70 - £14.20 per hour for 40 hours a week.

We’re currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join a leading maintenance provider based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience within the FM/Property Services sector to join a supportive team with training provided.
This role is initially temporary for 3-4 months, with a potential to be extended.
Plan and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance work from the helpdesk
Handle client calls and log faults accurately
Monitor the progress of multiple PPMs, updating relevant stakeholders on any delays
Support daily operation of the CAFM system
Assist Team Leaders with scheduling and task management
Monitor and report on CAFM data (PPM and reactive maintenance)
Ensure accuracy in services data management and reporting
Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working for a Facilities Management or property services company
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or a similar role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
