A leading precision engineering firm in Northampton is seeking an energetic Production Planner to enhance production efficiency. The role involves orchestrating demand within the MRP system, conducting capacity analyses, and engaging proactively with the shop floor. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing sector. - Proven experience in a machine manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable engaging with shop-floor operations.

- Monitor shop floor progress and address delays.
- Facilitate operational meetings for production review.
- Collaborate with procurement for timely material availability.
