A global digital solutions company is seeking a Production Team Leader for their Lutterworth facility. The role requires supervising a team of 20, achieving production targets, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Candidates should have previous managerial experience, excellent IT skills, and the ability to interact with clients at various levels. This is a full-time temporary position for 6-9 months, offering a pay rate of £14.06 per hour with Monday to Friday AM shifts.

A global digital solutions company is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join their team at their state of the art facility in Lutterworth (LE17 4XH) working Monday to Friday AM shifts with free onsite parking and good public transport links including a bus stop just three minutes’ walk away! This is a full time temporary role for 6-9 months.
Monday to Friday AM: 6am-2pm (0600-1400) - £14.06 per hour
As Production Team Leader you will be working at this flagship site in an office environment reporting into the Operations Manager supervising a team of up to 20 staff. You will be supporting various large digital transformation projects on behalf of clients with your team working with confidential documents converting these into digital form!
- Provide direction and supervision in order to deliver production targets and achieve objectives
- Coordinate priorities, controlling workflow and ensuring business and client expectations are met
- Focus on training and mentoring the team, promoting and developing a multi skill staff base
- Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site - using KPIs to analyse service delivery performance, identify and implement improvements
- Manage SOPs and procedures ensuring both are continuously reviewed and updated
- Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions as well as investigate and problem solve questionable data/reporting
- Supervise workloads, contribute to the setting of team targets for the site/region, and manage poor conduct where necessary
- Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff.
- Previous experience as an Production Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor or similar
- Strong people management skills with a respectful management style; open minded with a modern way of thinking
- Experience in leading a multi skilled team of 20+
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel (in particular reporting)
- Good knowledge of compliance including GPDR, Data Protection and ISO standards with experience in supporting audits
- Customer facing with the ability to interact with all levels
- Full UK Driving License
- You must be able and willing to complete enhanced government level security clearance checks.
