Senior Product Manager – Institutional Lending Protocol – USA/Europe (Remote)

Plexus are working with the current industry-leaders in on-chain Institutional Lending + Blockchain Capital markets. With 10-figure totals in terms of loans issued and a high-level remote-first team across the USA and Europe, they are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to sit between executive leadership and IC level.

Responsibilities

• Expand the product roadmap, prioritizing and delivering both new initiatives and enhancements to existing features.
• Design exceptional user experiences for a wide range of users—from individuals to large institutions—through discovery, prototyping, and iterative development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to build and scale user-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product management roles, with at least 1 year of experience in an early-stage or growth-phase startup environment.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, major protocol ecosystems, and EVM-compatible networks.
• Knowledge of lending and borrowing concepts in the financial sector, gained through formal education or relevant work experience.
