This role can be based in either London, Bristol or Vienna.
We are looking for a strategic and globally minded Senior Proposition Manager to drive core proposition initiatives across our product portfolio. This role is ideal for a B2B product marketing professional with enterprise sales experience and a deep understanding of both buyer and user journeys.
You will be instrumental in shaping how our products are positioned, understood, and adopted worldwide.
Your global perspective and startup-to-scaleup experience will be instrumental in shaping how we sell, position, and win.
Sales Enablement
Partner closely with global enterprise sales teams to develop impactful tools, training, demo data, and collateral that drive engagement and conversion across the funnel.
Market Research & Customer Insights
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand market trends, customer needs, and product-market fit. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Competitive Intelligence
Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, positioning, and strategies to inform product differentiation and GTM planning.
Storytelling & Messaging
Craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate product value to diverse audiences. Ensure consistency across channels and regions.
Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback.
Align with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns and messaging for local relevance.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches.
Develop and maintain buyer and user personas, journey maps, and messaging frameworks.
Desirable Skills- Understand global markets and cultural differences
Experience- 3–7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software or technology.
