A growing tech startup is seeking a Lead/Senior Tester to manage QA processes and team, focusing on web and mobile application testing. This role requires at least 3 years' experience in testing, with expertise in Playwright and a strong understanding of automation principles. The candidate will work fully remotely, providing competitive compensation and the opportunity to significantly influence automation strategies in an innovative SaaS product combining AI and multimedia.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience testing Web applications, including 1 year in a Lead/Senior role.
- Practical experience with test automation.
- Understanding of BDD / Cucumber principles is desirable.
Responsabilités
- Manage a team of testers and mentoring.
- Organize testing processes and quality control.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
