The firm

The role
  • Joining a market‑leading recoveries team handling specialist unsecured debt and enforcement work
  • Managing a varied caseload including bankruptcy and winding‑up proceedings, contested insolvency applications and orders for sale
  • Advising on county court and high court litigation, as well as magistrates’ court matters
  • Acting for a broad client base including local authorities, national energy suppliers and other institutional clients
  • Working within a unique team that includes dual‑qualified solicitors and insolvency practitioners, enabling a streamlined, end‑to‑end service
  • Supporting public sector clients on Council Tax, Business Rates and Adult Social Care debt matters
  • Want exposure to technically challenging, high‑volume and high‑impact work rather than routine recoveries? This role offers real variety and responsibility
You
  • A qualified solicitor with experience in debt recovery, insolvency, litigation or a strong desire to specialise in this area
