A leading defense and aerospace organization seeks a Head of IT Asset & Configuration Management to oversee asset lifecycle optimization and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The Head of IT Asset & Service Configuration Management is accountable for overseeing the full lifecycle of all IT assets. This includes ensuring an accurate inventory is maintained, recording the status, relationships, and ownership of assets, and optimising asset utilisation. The role also ensures compliance with licensing agreements while driving efficiency, risk reduction, and value across the organisation’s IT estate. This position will lead the development of a high-performing, best-practice IT Asset & Configuration Management capability, shaping processes, tooling, and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes.
