Chartered Engineer (ICE) – Civil and Mechanical qualifications including structures

We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Project Engineers to support the delivery of the Transformation Programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering works across civil infrastructure, buildings, mechanical & electrical systems, and airfield pavements.

This role is ideal for engineers with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects within live operational environments, ideally with or working towards Chartered Engineer status.

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of engineering packages across civils, buildings, M&E, and pavements.
• Act as technical lead for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and airport operational requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Review design documentation, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
• Provide engineering input into procurement, contract management, and change control processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed assets.
• Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and governance activities.
