We’re working with a growing civil and structural consultancy in South Wales, looking to expand their presence in Cardiff. They are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality infrastructure design across a range of development projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a few years of experience to take the next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing detailed designs for highways and drainage projects
- Working closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
- Mentoring junior staff where appropriate
- Working on a mix of residential, commercial, and public-sector projects
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design (UK-based)
- A solid grounding in software such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Ideally working towards (or interested in) professional accreditation
