Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential housing project in Hollywood, Northern Ireland. Salary – £50K plus vehicle and fuel

About the Company:

Our client here at Inform3 that is a family run building contracting business operating across Northern Ireland, mainly within the private house building sector have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

You will be working on a residential traditional housing project.

The successful candidate must have experience in managing residential build projects and the ability to oversee and manage the site including direct staff and sub-contractors across the site.

The Role:

  • Oversee the residential project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors across the site.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
  • Complete the project from start to finish.

What you need:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing residential build projects.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects at a time.
  • Ability to work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth delivery of a high standard project.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
  • Clean Driver’s License.
