We’re working with a growing civil and structural consultancy in South Wales, looking to expand their presence in Cardiff. They are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality infrastructure design across a range of development projects.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a few years of experience to take the next step.



What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing detailed designs for highways and drainage projects
  • Working closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams
  • Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
  • Mentoring junior staff where appropriate
  • Working on a mix of residential, commercial, and public-sector projects


What we’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design (UK-based)
  • A solid grounding in software such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • Ideally working towards (or interested in) professional accreditation
