The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team. We are extremely passionate about our products and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service. Our employees are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge within the fragrance industry. • Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

• Confidence and personality
• Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate a natural sales ability
• Be passionate about retail and fashion
• Be enthusiastic and results driven
• Have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to operate POS system

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong team working skills
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends

Part-time details: 6 hours per week, Salary: £10.00 - £12.21 per hour, Location: Metro Centre 2, Benefits: Employee discount
