Joining Sainsbury's as a Format Delivery Coordinator means becoming part of a dynamic and innovative team within the Property division, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of format design packs. With a focus on collaboration, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful change and support the execution of projects with confidence. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the right-first-time delivery of format design packs by managing tracking, compliance checks, and change control processes. Your role will involve maintaining live trackers to align packs with agreed programme milestones, preparing concise weekly performance reports, and conducting initial checks of design packs against established principles. Working closely with stakeholders, you will address gaps, capture store plan changes, and ensure accurate documentation for onsite teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues post-launch, collating feedback for improvements, and supporting the broader stakeholder engagement by providing clear and timely communication on pack status, risks, and blockers.
You're a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on ensuring the right-first-time delivery of format design packs by effectively managing tracking, compliance checks, and change control processes. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively address challenges enables onsite teams to execute confidently, while allowing the Format Delivery team to concentrate on broader stakeholder engagement and successful project delivery. Your commitment to accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement drives the success of format design projects and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
