The role
As a Change Control Manager, you’ll lead the development, implementation and management of robust change control processes across complex, high profile projects within our Naval Nuclear business. This is a critical role that ensures strategic alignment, project integrity and informed decision making - making a real difference to national security and the future of defence engineering.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of change management professionals and operating within a matrix management environment.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
