- Ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Ensure all charges are accurate and posted timely.
- Handle calls professionally.
- Document internal and guest messages accurately.
- Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management and supervisors.
- Experience with OPERA cloud is valued.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer service skills.
Training will be provided in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures.
