A leading automotive recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Prestige Service Technician in Watford. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills and experience in a dealership setting. Basic £30k+ DOE, OTE £45k

Permanent/Full Time
Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am – 4pm)
Our client, located in the Watford area, is on the search for an experienced Service/Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!
Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Technician:
- Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
- Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
- Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
- Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
- Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
- Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
- 1 year's main dealer experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
