Prestige Service Technician
Basic £30k+ DOE, OTE £45k
Watford
Permanent/Full Time
Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am – 4pm)

Our client, located in the Watford area, is on the search for an experienced Service/Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Technician:

• Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
• Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
• Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
• Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill:

• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
• 1 year's main dealer experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
