A leading luxury department store in Knightsbridge is looking for a Merchandiser to support its Fashion department. The role involves leading planning and forecasting processes to drive sales, stock management, and team development. Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury retail, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate effective leadership. This position offers a hybrid working model, blending on-site and home working based on business needs.
We are now looking for a Merchandiser to support our Fashion department. This is a fixed term contract until March.
As a Merchandiser on the fashion team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping commercial success by leading the planning and forecasting of sales, stock, and margins across all channels. Working closely with Buying, Retail, and Finance teams, you will ensure alignment with the business strategy while maximising opportunities for growth.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working this is what we refer to as Hybrid. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You are a confident and commercially minded merchandiser with a sharp analytical edge and a passion for luxury fashion. With proven experience in multi-brand or luxury retail environments, you bring strong planning and forecasting skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a collaborative leadership style. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing long-term strategy with responsive trading decisions, and you know how to bring the best out of your team through coaching and support. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and customer-first mindset ensure that you consistently drive results and deliver excellence.
