Job Description

Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role you will plan and manage all logistics activities within your assigned region, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply of equipment to our customers at the right time, in the right way and at the lowest cost without compromising service quality. The ideal background would be from a similar role in demand/FMCG planning or transport planning.

Based in Manchester Trafford Park

Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)

Permanent full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and adjust flows and production schedules to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage plant‑level inventories and balance capacities to optimize service and minimize costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Execute seasonal supply surges through accurate forecasting and proactive communication.
  • Monitor and manage stock transfers and pallet deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Support the creation and analysis of planning reports for data‑driven decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes to achieve cost and efficiency gains.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Logistics execution expertise and a strong supply‑chain background.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, strong numeracy, excellent communication skills and familiarity with SAP or transport management systems (desirable).
  • Languages: English is essential; other EU languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent customer and provider interactions.
