Carer / Care Assistant – Grenham Bay, Birchington
Pay: £12.40 – £13.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 30–40 per week
We’re looking for a Carer / Care Assistant to join our team at Grenham Bay in Birchington-on-Sea. The service is right by the sea, and you’ll be supporting adults to live as independently and comfortably as possible. If you enjoy working with people and want a role where you can genuinely make a difference, this could be a great fit.
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks and personal care
- Helping people take part in activities at home and out in the community
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity
- Keeping clear, accurate records
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
- Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care (preferable)
- Experience in care is helpful, but not required if you’re confident and willing to learn
- Someone reliable, patient, and able to communicate well
- A team player who’s comfortable working a mix of shifts within 30–40 hours per week
- Hourly rate of £12.40–£13.00, depending on qualifications and experience
