Responsibilities

• Managing the whole shipping process from start to finish.
• Arranging CDS Customs Clearances.
• Handling Container & Groupage Deliveries.
• Booking shipments with overseas agents.
• Arranging documentation and ensuring customs procedures are followed.
• Tracking shipments to ensure goods get delivered safely and on time.
• Offering a high level of Customer service.
