Overview

Lead the Premier Inn Southend on Sea to provide outstanding service, safety and commercial performance for our guests. You will manage a diverse team across Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance, ensuring all operations meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams, driving service excellence and brand compliance.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to maintain Premier Inn’s reputation as the UK’s number one.
  • Interpret the business picture, identify improvement opportunities and spot commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain high quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment where you led a team to success.
  • Strong leadership skills and passion for customer service.
  • Excellent team management, communication skills and a warm, genuine approach to people.
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
