Master Electrician ME or KY / CE License

Compensation: $75K - $120K DOE plus incentivized increases for efficiency and performance.

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Louisville KY. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform residential service calls for electrical components.
• Assess electrical needs and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Provide advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
• Provide estimates to customers.
• Complete repairs and installations of electrical components.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements:

• Experience working in residential settings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
