Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programmes tailored to individuals and teams.
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Organise and support competitions, ensuring logistics and safety are in place.
  • Create an encouraging and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Maintain open communication with participants, parents, and stakeholders regarding progress, schedules, and concerns.
  • Monitor and report on attendance, development, and feedback.
  • Work flexibly including evenings and weekends as required.
