Ausbildung
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards, cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc allowed. Office, some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc).
Operations Manager
- Lead and inspire production teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and quality compliance.
- Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery to customers with a Right First Time (RFT) approach.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to overall site performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Engineering, and more.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage manufacturing processes, resolve issues, and optimize production efficiency.
- Uphold GMP standards and maintain regulatory compliance across UK, Europe, and USA.
- Champion safety, health, and environmental initiatives within the organization.
- Experience in bulk manufacturing and filling within medium to large‑scale pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong decision‑making skills with a focus on risk‑based approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in implementing operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and performance improvement methodologies.
