The European Demo Centre Manager for Leica Biosystems (LBS) is responsible for delivering a premium experience for customers requiring a demonstration of LBS equipment in their own facilities or on our site in the Newcastle Demo Lab, and for supporting customers with loan equipment as needed to ensure continuity of operations. This position is part of the EMEA Customer Excellence Team and will preferably be on‑site in Newcastle. You will be part of the European Customer Excellence team and report to the EMEA Customer Excellence Director, driving Customer and Service excellence by designing, implementing and improving key processes and systems in Service, Customer Care and Demo Support, thereby supporting our customers and associates.
