Position: Learning Support Assistant (Supply Basis)
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type: Both Full Time and Part Time ongoing
Start Date: December 2025
- Assist with the use of specialized equipment and resources designed for visually impaired students.
- Adapt learning materials to meet the student's individual needs.
- Support the student in developing independence and confidence in their academic and social skills.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement and review individualized learning plans.
- Monitor and record the student's progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- A supportive and inclusive school environment.
