A charitable organization is seeking committed individuals to provide Secondary English tutoring to pupils across Greater Manchester. As a self-employed tutor, you will work directly in schools, planning and delivering engaging tuition to small groups. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background in English and be available for at least three hours a week. The organization offers training and ongoing development opportunities, aiming to enhance educational support for young people.
We’re a proudly Northern charity that provides tutoring in schools on a not-for-profit basis. Our mission is to transform lives through tutoring – we offer subsidised, high-quality tutoring to young people who might otherwise not have access to a tutor, to support them to unlock their potential.
Working directly in partnership with Primary and Secondary schools across the Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and Leeds-Bradford city regions, we support pupils in Maths, English, and Science. We also work in Alternative Provision (AP) settings and with Looked After Children (LAC).
